DR. JORDAN RICE
DVM
​Dr. Jordan Rice, DVM with Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital, received his Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri. He has been a practicing veterinarian now for the past four years.
Dr. Rice grew up in Poplar Bluff, MO, and has always loved animals. He was drawn to veterinary medicine from working with animals daily and supporting the human-animal bond. His interests vary from companion animals to exotic medicine, and he has a special passion for surgery.
In his free time, Dr. Rice enjoys playing piano, hiking, going on cruises, and of course spending time with his furry family members. He has five dogs and a cat: Nova, a miniature Schnauzer, Gerdi, a Giant Schnauzer, Priss and Jett, his elderly Pugs, Bruce, a Golden Retriever and Vita, a Torti Cat. Dr. Rice also enjoys working with exotic animals and owns a variety of species including Ball Pythons, Bearded Dragons, Carpet Pythons, Boas, and Red Eared Slider Turtles just to name a few!
